WHITE AND DARK BALSAMIC VINEGARS IMPORTED FROM MODENA, ITALY
Both our White and Dark Barrel Aged Balsamic Condiments surpass the strictest standards set forth in Italy. All our dark balsamic vinegars are 18 years aged and "cooked" over an open wood fire in the Traditional Style. They are aged in seasoned wood casks which impart a regional terroir and complexity from the residual decades of old balsamic, previously aged in the same barrels.
