
WHITE AND DARK BALSAMIC VINEGARS IMPORTED FROM MODENA, ITALY
Both our White and Dark Barrel Aged Balsamic Condiments surpass the strictest standards set forth in Italy. All our dark balsamic vinegars are 18 years aged and "cooked" over an open wood fire in the Traditional Style. It is aged in seasoned wooden casks which impart complexity and terroir (earthy) from the residual decades of old balsamic, previously aged in the same barrel.
